Refund Policy
As provider of premium consumable wellness products, we adhere to strict health and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.
Hygiene & Safety Exemption
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard "right to cancel" does not apply to goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
We strictly do not accept returns of opened supplement containers. This ensures the safety and integrity of our supply chain for all customers.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Sealed Items)
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided that the items are:
- Completely unopened and still in their original factory seal.
- In re-sellable condition.
- Returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return for a sealed item, please contact us at hello@naturomy.uk. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Damage in Transit (48-Hour Rule)
We take extreme care in packaging, but accidents during transit can happen. If your order arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product.
- Email these photos and your order number to hello@naturomy.uk.
Upon verification, we will immediately issue a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected (for sealed items) or a damage claim is approved:
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
