Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or offer a refund minus the original delivery cost.

Risk and Title

Products remain our property until full payment is received. Risk passes to you upon delivery or when products are collected by you or your nominated carrier.
