• Northern Ireland
• Ireland

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Products must be in resaleable condition
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@naturomy.uk with your order number
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Package your items securely with all original materials
4. Ship the package to the address provided (return shipping costs are customer responsibility)
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@naturomy.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
